1. Level Access

We strive to make our restaurant accessible to everyone, even though we do not have level access, we have a ramp that is wider than the minimum requirement of 838mm.

  • Accessible Toilet: Yes, there is level access to an accessible toilet.
  • Dining Table: Yes, level access to dining tables is available. The largest possible table accommodates up to 24 people.
  • The Garden: Yes, there is level access to the garden.
    • Recommended Parking Area: The main car park is the recommended area for accessible parking and provides easy access to the entrance.

2. Hearing Accessibility

We have made several provisions to support guests with hearing impairments:

  • Fire Alarms: Yes, our fire alarms are equipped with flashing lights.
  • Staff Training: Currently, none of our staff have received disability awareness training.

3. Visual Accessibility

We have incorporated features to assist guests with visual impairments:

  • Glass Doors and Full Height Windows: Yes, these have contrast markings to prevent accidental collisions.
  • Menus: Currently, we do not offer large print menus or alternatives such as iPads.
  • Assistance Dogs: Fully dog-friendly, assistance dogs can use the garden to go to the toilet.
  • Water Bowls for Assistance Dogs: Yes, we can provide water bowls for assistance dogs.

4. Children’s Facilities

We aim to make dining with children convenient and enjoyable:

  • Indoor Play Area: Yes, there is an indoor play area for children.
  • Outdoor Play Area: No, there is no outdoor play area available.
  • Baby Changing Facilities: Yes, we provide baby changing facilities.
  • Highchairs: Yes, highchairs are available for use.
